HNB and Montgomery County Community College Offer Entrepreneur Camp for Teens

Attention, teens!  Are you interested in owning your own business?  Learn the ins and outs of entrepreneurism at Adventures for Young Entrepreneurs day camp sponsored by Harleysville National Bank (HNB) and Montgomery County Community College (MCCC)!  This enrichment camp for aspiring entrepreneurs ages 13 to 17 will be held July 28 through August 1, 2008 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. the college’s Blue Bell campus, 340 DeKalb Pike, Whitpain.

The camp is designed to give life to the business dreams of teens who want to someday pursue a business of their own.  Participants will learn how to:

  • Identify business opportunities
  • Locate investors through networkin
  • Grow a young idea into a lucrative career
  • Think creatively, develop business mentors, and build problem solving skills.

This marks the second program in which HNB and MCCC have partnered together to help people achieve their business goals. HNB also sponsors the college’s popular Starting a Successful Women Owned Business Certificate Series and Networking Program.
