Frequently Asked Questions: List of Questions

Frequently Asked Questions: Questions and Answers

  1. Is there a fee for Web Statement Delivery?
No, this convenient service is FREE!
  2. Is Web Statement Delivery secure?
YES! No account information is transmitted via e-mail with this system. When your statement is available to view, you will receive a notification e-mail alerting you to log into our secure Web Banking system using your Web Banking ID and PIN, where you can view your statement.
  3. What do I need to have in order to use Web Statement Delivery?
To use Web Statement Delivery, you must have access to a computer that is connected to the Internet. You must also have a valid e-mail address, and your internet browser software must support 128-bit encryption. The most current versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator support this encryption. We strongly recommend that you keep your browser current with the latest versions! 4. I already use Web Banking to review my account activity. Why do I need to register for Web Statement Delivery?
Signing up for Web Statement Delivery does two things for customers. First, it stops paper statements from being mailed to you, thus saving you the extra clutter in your mailbox that you receive. Second, it causes registered customers to receive an e-mail alerting them that their statement is available for viewing. The statement itself is available at all times for all registered Web Banking users whether they are registered for Web Statement Delivery or not. The difference is whether you receive the paper copies in the mail and the e-mail notification.
  5. I need a copy of my original statement. How can I get one?
No problem. Simply call us at 1-888-462-2100 or contact us online and we will get a copy out to you in the mail right away.
  6. I have multiple accounts. Do I need to register each account for Web Statement Delivery?
Yes, but you may register all of your accounts at one time using our Web Services Action Form. You must specifically list account numbers for all accounts you wish to register for Web Statement Delivery - even if you currently receive a combined statement. If you need additional space on the Web Services Action Form to list all of your accounts, you can use the back of the form.
  7. How can I view my check images? My paper statement comes with consolidated sheets of my check copies. Does the electronic statement include these sheets?
You can view all of your check images using Web Banking, however all of your images are not consolidated onto single sheets online as they are in your paper statement.

To view images online, select "View Current Transactions" or View Range of Transactions" from within Web Banking. To the left of any check transaction you will see the check number listed. Click the check number to view both the front and back side of your check image. Images will be stored online for a 12-month period.
  8. Can I have other statements and notices delivered electronically instead of receiving paper?
At this time, only deposit statements (checking & savings accounts) may be viewed electronically.
  9. How long are statements available to view online?
Statements and check images will be available online for a 12-month period, beginning when you register. Our Bank copy of your statement is archived for seven years and can be furnished upon request.
  10. My e-mail address changed. How do I have my e-mail address on file for Web Statement Delivery changed?
Simply use our Web Services Change Form to alert us of any changes in your Web Statement Delivery service or other electronic services. You can use this form to convert additional accounts to Web Statement Delivery, or to add or make changes to your Web Banking or Bill Payment accounts. These changes require the signature of the authorized account holder, so you must print this form out and drop it off or mail it to us.
  11. My husband and I have two joint accounts, both of which are set up for Web Statement Delivery. However, the notification e-mails are both coming to me. We would like one of the notification e-mails to go to my husband's e-mail account. Are we able to have two different e-mail accounts on file?
Yes. Each of your accounts that are set for Web Statement Delivery may have different e-mail addresses, but only one e-mail address can be assigned to each account. Therefore, your checking account statement notification can be e-mailed to you, and your savings account notification can be sent to your husband. However, you cannot have two e-mail addresses associated with the same account.
  12. Is it possible to have statement notification e-mails sent to two different e-mail addresses?
At this time, we can only allow one e-mail address associated with each account. See Question 11 for more information.
