Security & Your User ID and PIN The security of your personal and banking information is our greatest concern. For your protection, we require the use of a Web Banking ID and PIN (Personal Identification Number - like a password) for you to access your account information through Web Banking. We also require that every 180 days you change your Web Banking PIN. While we understand that it may be difficult to remember the plethora of passwords you have for various online services, we have found that requiring that your PIN change this frequently is the best protection to our customers' information. The first time you log in to Web Banking, you will use the Web Banking ID number given to you when you registered for the service. Your temporary PIN is the last four digits of your social security number. For your protection, immediately change your PIN. Your new PIN must be between six and eight digits and should be something that you will easily remember but that others will not easily be able to guess. Refer to the Tutorial section below to learn how to change your PIN. Browser Compatibility For security purposes, we strongly recommend that you use the latest available version of the web browser of your choice. We recommend Internet Explorer version 5.5 and above or Netscape version 6 and above. Your browser must support 128-bit SSL encryption to protect your data. Your browser must also be set to accept cookies. Our Web Banking system uses these cookies to take you through the Web Banking system and keep you "logged in" to the system. Cookies are completely safe. They do not present a security danger to you in any way and do not allow our website or other websites to collect personal information from your computer. All they do is allow our system to let you move through Web Banking from page to page while you are logged in. How to Access Web Banking Web Banking is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Using Web Banking is easy! Simply go to our website's home page and click on the Web Banking Log-In in the upper right corner of the page. This will take you to a screen where you are prompted to enter your Web Banking ID and PIN, and once you successfully do so, you will enter Web Banking!
Tutorial & Help There are many wonderful features of Web Banking. You can check your available balances, view your transactions up-to-the-minute, transfer funds between accounts, view your check images, view your monthly statements, search for transactions, and much, much more. To get the most out of your Web Banking experience, we recommend viewing the Web Banking Demo, which serves as a tutorial. To view the Demo, click the Web Banking Demo button immediately below the Web Banking Login button on our website's home page. Once in the Demo, you will see a "frame" on the left with the Index of the numerous Demo Topics, a "main frame" on the right side of your screen where you can view screen shots of the Topic you are viewing, and a bottom "frame" where a description or instructions appears for the feature you are viewing. When you click on a demo topic on the left, the screen shot in the main part of the page changes to show you what your screen looks like in Web Banking. In addition to the Demo that you can view, there are also Help screens available to you anytime you are using Web Banking. Once logged in to Web Banking, there is a HELP button you can click on from any page within Web Banking.
Bill Payment If you have signed up for Web Banking with Bill Payment, you will see a "Bill Payment" option on the navigation bar in Web Banking. To learn more about Bill Payment, use the Web Banking Demo explained in the previous section. If you have not signed up for the Bill Payment option of Web Banking, but would like to be able to pay your bills (or anyone!) conveniently and easily online, contact a Customer Call Center Representative at 1-888-462-2100 or use our online Contact Us form.
